Tai Chi is often described as meditation in motion. Tai Chi Chuan roots go back hundreds of years and Qi Gong can be traced to the first millennium BCE.

It is believed that Chen Wangting (9 th generation Chen Family) is the master of modern Tai Chi Chuan, who lived at the end of the Ming & the beginning of the Ching Dynasties (1628 – 1736 CE). He founded the Chen style which has been copied & developed into many schools through time such as Yang, Sun & Wu etc. The now 19 th generation Standard Bearer for the Chen family is Grand Master Chen Xiaowang.
