I offer weekly classes for beginners in Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan.

Tai Chi is a moving meditation and is an ancient martial art known to promote a healthy balance between mind, body & spirit. It is a series of graceful moves combined to make a form.

Based in Swindon in Wiltshire in England, classes are currently held in Swindon, Newbury and Reading.
