I offer weekly classes for beginners in Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan.

Tai Chi is a moving meditation and is an ancient martial art known to promote a healthy balance between mind, body & spirit. It is a series of graceful moves combined to make a form ( series of linked movements ).

Classes are run in Swindon, Newbury, Lambourn, Hungerford and Reading.
